Rebooking of tickets
Dworzec Online introduced in its system the opportunity to rebook tickets instead of their previous pay.
The first carrier, which provided the option to change the date of departure (rebooking) is the PKS POLONUS.
Rebooking of tickets is free - does not involve any additional charge:
What are the conditions for free ticket rebooking?
- registration in Dworzec Online service - having a user account,
- purchase tickets by registered user account,
- purchase a ticket for PKS POLONUS bus connections.
Limitations:
1. Ability to rebook ticket one hour before the departure of the bus from the station.
2. The possibility of rebooking available once within the foreign carrier of PKS POLONUS.
3. Changing the date of departure is possible on the same route (relationship)..
How to rebook ticket/change the date of departure?
1. Log in to your account, from which the ticket has been purchased.
2. Find the order with ticket you want to rebook
3. Click"change date" " button to rebook single ticket or change the "date of departure of the entire order" to change the departure date for all tickets.
4. Select the new departure date to which you want to rebook ticket and click on "check rates"
