Complaints and returns

Procedures for complaints and returns of tickets:

In the event that the Customer irregularities, please send a complaint to the address reklamacje@dworzeconline.pl.

The complaint must include:
1. Name and surname of the person lodging the complaint
2. Contact details (address, phone, e-mail)
3.Justification of complaints
4. The list of attached documents (optional)

Log in to your user account from which you purchased the ticket.

In the "My Account" click on the order number, in which the ticket is located, that you want to return.

Select a ticket in the order you want to return and follow the action "Return with the fee".

Confirm execution of refund minus a handling fee of 10%..

You will be notified that the ticket was returned. From that moment the ticket was canceled.

The money will come back automatically to your account within 2-3 business days.

Ticket refunds are possible for 10 minutes before the departure from the bus stop with the initial course. At the time when the bus of given course is already on the road, refunds of tickets are not possible.

Rewrite from the PDF ticket received through an email: ticket number, course number, and enter the e-mail, which was given in the order and click send.

Correctly filled form will show information about sending an e-mail with a link, confirming request reimbursement of the ticket.
Mail is sent to the address specified while purchasing the ticket.

Click on the link you received in the mail and confirm the request to return the purchased ticket.

Proper execution of the return procedure will be confirmed with the information on the screen. In addition, information of this refund will come in e-mail.

The money will come back automatically to your account within 2-3 business days.
